一個女皇的藝術學校由伊莎於2014年在香港創立後，經歷了快速的發展和壯大。最初，學校在工業區內運作，但很快於2015年擴展到位於油尖旺商圈中心地段的新校舍。
這所學校與其他同行機構相比，有著獨特的教學和運營模式。在伊莎的領導下，學校不斷成長壯大，已培育了超過4000名學生。在2022年，這所學校被評選為全香港「最具信譽舞蹈教學中心」，這是對該學校卓越教學成果的認可。
同年，該學校成立了一個女皇的集團，並開始致力於開發和設計各種科學和實用性的證書課程。這些課程包括鋼管舞導師課程、跆拳道、化妝/舞台化妝、自衛術、消脂健體等。女皇的集團旨在提供多元化的學習機會，讓學生能夠在不同領域中發展技能和興趣。
一個女皇的藝術學校和一個女皇的集團的成立，反映了伊莎對藝術教育和培訓的熱忱，並為學生提供了一個豐富多彩的學習環境。

本校採用三種不同物料的X-Pole專業旋轉鋼管:
-兩支不銹鋼鋼管(40及45mm)
-兩支銅管(40mm)
-兩支粉紅矽膠管(45mm)
是全港首間和唯一使用粉紅矽膠系列鋼管的學校, 使初學者更安全更輕易掌握和進入鋼管舞世界.
We use X-Pole Professional spinning pole in three different materials:
- Two stainless steel poles (40 and 45mm)
- Two brass poles (40mm)
- Two pink silicone poles (45mm)
It is the first and only one using pink silicone poles in Hong Kong, making it easier and safer for beginners to grasp and into the pole dancing world.
